This Privacy Policy explains how Saurify processes personal data when you use the Saurify web app and website.

2) Data we process

We only process personal data required to operate and secure Saurify, including guardian contact data, user-provided content, technical/log data, and support communication data.

3) Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

Core functionality (Art. 6(1)(b)), security/fraud prevention/stability (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and support communication (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). If consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a); consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4) Children and parental consent (Art. 8 GDPR)

Saurify is intended for children. Where consent is required and users are below the applicable age threshold, parental/legal guardian consent is obtained before processing.

5) Cookies and tracking

Only technically necessary cookies are used by default. No advertising tracking or non-essential analytics without explicit consent where required.

6) Recipients and processors (Art. 28 GDPR)

Processors: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting/infrastructure, including self-hosted tracking infrastructure) and Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS, CDN, security/network protection). We do not sell personal data.

7) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied as required by law.

8) Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as legally required.

9) Data subject rights (Arts. 15–21 GDPR)

Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
